This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs all deliveries made by Shrinika Diamonds (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By purchasing from us, the Customer (“you”, “your”, “Buyer”) agrees to the terms herein, as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, Sale of Goods Act, 1930, and relevant sections of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Jewellery containing gold, diamonds, and precious gemstones is high-value, sensitive, and subject to strict delivery protocols. These rules ensure security, transparency, and legal protection for both parties.
