Effective Date: 21 November 2025

This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all financial transactions made with Shrinika Diamonds (“Company”, “we”, “our”).
By placing an order, the Customer (“you”, “your”) irrevocably agrees to all terms below.

All clauses are non-negotiable, legally binding, and enforceable under:

  • Indian Contract Act, 1872

  • Sale of Goods Act, 1930

  • Income Tax Act, 1961

  • Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002

  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) KYC & Digital Payment Guidelines

  • Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Indian Penal Code (IPC)

Shrinika Diamonds maintains zero tolerance for payment misuse, delays, unauthorized modes, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.


🔥 1. PROHIBITED PAYMENT METHODS (STRICT ENFORCEMENT)

1.1 NO CASH – ABSOLUTE BAN

Shrinika Diamonds strictly prohibits:

  • Cash payments

  • Cash deposits to any account

  • Cash handovers

  • Cash collection via third parties

Cash is NOT accepted under ANY circumstance.


1.2 NO CHEQUES – STRICT RESTRICTION

Shrinika Diamonds does NOT accept:

  • Printed cheques

  • Handwritten cheques

  • Post-dated cheques

  • Outstation cheques

  • Bearer cheques

  • Third-party cheques

Any cheque received is automatically invalid.


1.3 NO UPI & NO WALLET PAYMENTS (ZERO TOLERANCE)

Shrinika Diamonds does NOT accept funds through:

  • BHIM UPI

  • PhonePe

  • Google Pay

  • Paytm

  • Amazon Pay UPI

  • ANY QR code

  • ANY digital wallet

UPI payments are strictly prohibited.
Any UPI payment attempted will be rejected, void, and treated as customer negligence.

If payment is mistakenly sent to an unofficial UPI ID or QR code, Shrinika Diamonds holds zero responsibility.


💳 2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS (STRICT & VERIFIED)

Shrinika Diamonds accepts ONLY:

2.1 Bank-to-Bank Transfers (Mandatory Verification)

  • IMPS

  • NEFT

  • RTGS

  • Direct Bank Transfer

Funds must be:

  • Traceable

  • Verifiable

  • Completed from the customer’s own account


2.2 Approved Online Payment Gateway

Allowed ONLY if:

  • Processed through our official secure payment gateway

  • Settlement is confirmed

  • Fraud checks are cleared


2.3 Cards (Subject to Verification)

Credit & debit card payments may require:

  • OTP

  • Identity check

  • Additional bank authentication


🟥 3. NON-REFUNDABLE ADVANCE PAYMENT (LEGAL ENFORCEMENT)

All advance payments are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, including:

  • Ready-made orders

  • Custom orders

  • Partial payments

  • Token amounts

  • Gold-locking fees

  • CAD booking fees

  • Any form of initial payment

Refund will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal reasons

  • Delay in customer response

  • Unexpected circumstances

  • Comparison with other jewellers

  • Dissatisfaction

  • Payment mode issues

  • UPI mistakes

  • Bank delays

Attempting to force refund = breach of contract (Section 73/74, Contract Act).


🟦 4. PAYMENT DEADLINE RULES (EXTREME STRICTNESS)

✔ READY-MADE ITEMS — 6 HOUR STRICT RULE

Balance payment MUST be completed within SIX (6) HOURS of booking.
Not 7 hours, not next morning — strictly 6 hours only.

Failure to pay in 6 hours results in:

  • Automatic order cancellation

  • Forfeiture of advance

  • Permanent blacklisting

  • Legal recovery (if loss occurs)


✔ CUSTOM ORDERS — 12 HOUR STRICT RULE

Balance payment MUST be completed:

  • Within TWELVE (12) HOURS of CAD approval, OR

  • Before dispatch/handover

whichever occurs first.

Failure to pay within 12 hours results in:

  • Immediate cancellation

  • 100% forfeiture of advance

  • Blacklisting

  • Contract enforcement under Indian Contract Act

NO extensions. NO excuses. NO negotiation.


🟥 5. NO DELIVERY / DISPATCH WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT

Shrinika Diamonds will NOT:

  • Dispatch

  • Hand over

  • Ship

  • Release

any jewellery until full payment is received and verified.

Screenshots, pending transfers, or promises do not count.


🔍 6. FRAUD SCREENING & PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Every payment is verified through:

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Transaction ID validation

  • Device/IP tracking

  • Anti-fraud screening

  • KYC compliance

Suspicious payments trigger:

  • Mandatory ID verification

  • Order hold

  • Order cancellation

  • Legal escalation

Fraud attempts lead to:

  • IPC 420 (Cheating)

  • IPC 468/471 (Forgery)

  • IT Act 66D (Online fraud)


🚫 7. CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE POLICY

Shrinika Diamonds adopts a zero-tolerance stance on false chargebacks.

If a customer files a wrongful or malicious chargeback:

  • They are permanently blacklisted

  • Legal notice is issued

  • Evidence (CCTV, chats, bank logs, CAD approvals) is submitted

  • We initiate FIR under IPC 420

  • Full recovery of damages is pursued

We aggressively contest ALL fraudulent disputes.


📈 8. PRICE LOCKING & FLUCTUATION POLICY

Prices at the time of booking are FINAL.

  • If gold/diamond prices increase → customer must pay difference

  • If rates drop → NO refund or discount

This is fully compliant with Sale of Goods Act, 1930.


🟩 9. EMI / INSTALLMENT RULES

  • EMI approval is controlled by your bank

  • EMI failure does NOT entitle refund

  • Dispatch only after EMI confirmation


10. ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND POLICY

Shrinika Diamonds does NOT provide refunds under any circumstance except in rare cases of proven company error.

Refunds NOT issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Customer dissatisfaction

  • Misunderstanding

  • Delay in delivery

  • Size issues caused by customer

  • Financial issues

  • Third-party influence

  • Opinion-based comparisons

  • Payment mode confusion

  • Mistaken UPI transfers

  • Bank delays


⚖️ 11. LIABILITY LIMITATION (MAXIMUM PROTECTION)

Shrinika Diamonds is NOT liable for:

  • Customer errors

  • Wrong transfers

  • UPI mistakes

  • Cash deposits made without approval

  • Loss after delivery

  • Emotional/sentimental claims

  • Third-party valuation comments

  • Misinterpretation of policy

Our liability is limited strictly to invoice value in rare approved cases.


🔒 12. FINALITY OF DECISIONS

Decisions made by Shrinika Diamonds regarding:

  • Payments

  • Refunds

  • Chargebacks

  • Fraud checks

  • Order cancellations

  • Forfeiture

  • Verification

are FINAL, BINDING, NON-CHALLENGEABLE,
and legally enforceable.

The customer waives all rights to dispute.


🏛️ 13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy is governed by laws of India.
All payment disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chhattisgarh.
