Return & Exchange Guidelines

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the product is in good and original condition.

To ensure your eligibility for a return, the item must be kept in its original state, including packaging, certificates, and accessories.
If the product has been unsealed or its functionality checked, a return is still possible — a reduction in value does not invalidate your right to request a refund.

In cases where the product is damaged or becomes defective without any fault of the customer, the right to return or exchange remains fully protected.

When Returns Cannot Be Accepted

A product cannot be returned or exchanged if any of the required components are missing. Please ensure the following are intact and included:

  • All original items that came with the product (complete set).

  • Valid purchase proof, such as the receipt/invoice from Shrinika Diamonds.

  • Original warranty card, if applicable.

  • Service department report, in cases where a defect has been officially inspected and documented.

Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within the time frame mandated by applicable law.

Is express or next-day delivery available?

Since every Shrinika piece is custom-crafted with precision, express delivery is not currently available. Our standard delivery window is 10–15 days, ensuring perfection.

Do I need to be present to receive my delivery?

Yes. As these are high-value luxury items, a signature or OTP verification from you or an authorized person is required at the time of delivery.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In the rare event of damage or mismatch, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will guide you through the seamless exchange process.

Can I return or exchange my diamond jewellery?

Yes. We offer returns/exchanges under specific conditions. All items must be in their original condition with:
