to continue transaction-related discussions.


11. Terms of Content Sharing

Customers who share photos/videos wearing our jewellery consent to:

  • Brand resharing

12. Legal Enforcement Clause

In case of:

  • Harassment

  • Reputational damage

  • Fraud attempts

  • IPC 499/500 (Defamation)

  • IPC 503/506 (Criminal intimidation)

  • IT Act 66A/66D (Cyber offences)

  • Consumer Protection Act (False allegations)
